Who Are We? - We are “Your” Chaperone, Guide and Watcher Over!
The Annapurna Base Camp Trek (ABC) is one of Nepal’s most popular trekking experiences . It is an amazing walk through a diverse landscape and culture, complete with stunning mountain vistas, terraced fields, quaint Gurung villages, and a wide variety of flora and fauna. Mt. Annapurna (8091m) is the 10th highest mountain in the world, and the hike to its base camp, which is at an altitude of 4130m/13549ft, is one of Nepal’s finest treks. We also go vis the famous fishtail mountain n via Machhapuchhre , revered by the Nepalese for its unique beauty and shape. Thanks to the well-groomed itinerary of the Annapurna Base Camp trekking package, it is a popular choice among diverse outdoor enthusiasts, from solo female travelers to hikers traveling in groups in Nepal. The basic Annapurna Base Camp Trek itinerary comprises 11 days, and we complement this with the trek to Poon Hill. Overall a fortnight’s trek.
While the Khumbu Trek we proposed earlier has spiffy lodge accommodation, The ABC route does not and has some rather basic Tea Houses. Speaking About the Tea Houses, it is worth noting that the initial lodge, Sanctuary in Birethati and Jinu Danda features an attached bathroom equipped with a Western-style toilet. Subsequently, locations such as Shinuwa, Deurali, Machapuchare Base Camp, Annapurna Base Camp, and Chomrong provide common sharing bathrooms, which is half western and half nonwestern style. Similarly, Tadapani, Ghorepani, and Ulleri offer attached bathrooms.
In the Annapurna Region, Tea Houses and Lodges exhibit a lesser degree of amenities compared to those in the Everest region. However, the facilities remain satisfactory up to Sanctuary Lodges and Jinu Danda where there is an attached room facility, and also some other places like Tadapani, Ghorepani, and Ulleri aslo provide an attached bathroom as well. so basically, half of the trek is with attached and half with non-attached.
Here region, there is a policy of room-sharing typically in a dormitory setup, However, we will try to secure a private room, whether it be a twin or one accommodating three to four beds. Should this prove unfeasible and an enhancement be sought, we will send sleeping tents and toilet tents with toilet seats, accompanied by a cooking team, However, we will soon let you know the cost for the trek arrangements based on the above enhancements.
Note: Importantly, there is no special camping spot, So the sleeping tent will be positioned close to your lodge or tea house, respecting the local preference against setting the tents in open and public spaces.
For dining purposes, we will exclusively utilize the Lodge Dining room and serve meals in all locations. Due to restrictions imposed by locals, the setup of large Dining tents near their lodges is not permissible, hence the utilization of lodge dining.

When John Haul visited the Khumbu region in 1953 A.D. he described it as follows- “The mountain sides became more precipitous and rugged, civilization seems patchy and cottages are more scattered; the scenery became first more Alpine and then more truly Himalayan. Equally marked by the changed appearance of the people. We recognized the pronounced Mongolian features, broad and bland, the heavier, more decorative clothing. This "Sherpa Land” obtains its name "Khumbu" from its guardian deity "Khumbila Tetsan Gelbu". The literal translation is "Khumbu Country with God."
